SAGINAW, Mich. — The Associated Press has reported that a player from the Saginaw Spirit of the Ontario Hockey League is missing. The player, 20-year-old center Terry Trafford has been missing from the Spirit for six days.
Team president Craig Goslin says the team is “very concerned for the young man” and hopes he’s found soon.
Trafford is a Toronto native and has been with the Spirit for several seasons. He’s listed at 5-foot-11 inches and 190 pounds.
The Spirit fan base as well as team officials are looking to social media to spread the work about the missing Trafford and build support for searching for him.
Information shared on Twitter states that Trafford’s vehicle is a green 1995 GMC Sierra pickup with the license plate CJA 2235.
Friends and fans are urging anyone with information to contact the Saginaw Police Department at 989-759-1229, though no one at the department was immediately available to confirm their involvement in an investigation.
