FORT WAYNE, Ind – The NHL is still on lock-out but the action on the ice is still intense. In Fort Wayne, the Komets are battling in the ECHL.
For everyone, the opportunity afforded in the ECHL is a chance to stay fresh (Brandon Dubinsky is in Alaska playing for the Aces) and recently veteran broadcaster Mike Emerick stopped by Fort Wayne to get his voice in shape should the NHL come back to their senses soon.
John Rothwell was in the arena to cover the action and Emerick’s attendance.
