PHN’s Best Shots of the Game: Eagles host ECHL All-Star festivities

LOVELAND, Colo. – As part of the ECHL All Star week celebration, on Tuesday January 22nd 2013, a Skills Contest was held between the host Colorado Eagles and the All-Star team comprised of selected players from the remaining ECHL teams. A packed Budweiser Events Center was treated to an entertaining and competitive display of skill from all participants. Both teams had a shot to win as they lined up for the final contest, the Breakaway Drill, which the Eagles dominated with their great goalie play earning a decisive 5 to 1 victory in the final contest to give Colorado a 10 to 5 total score over the ECHL All Stars.
