CINCINNATI, Ohio – This past Saturday the Cyclones scored early and often in a 6-2 drubbing of the visiting Reading Royals.
Jack Combs and Trevor Lewis netted two goals apiece and Combs chipped in an assist for a three-point night. Lewis was a +3 on the night.
Joe Howe stopped 31 shots on the night to earn the victory.
The Cyclones were 2 for 3 on the power play and their special teams held the Royals to one goal on four power play chances.
