NOTTINGHAM, UK – British international centre Danny Myers wil be out of action until December after suffering an injury in training. The Cardiff-born player suffered an injury in training, but still took part in the Nottingham Panthers’ defeat against the Belfast Giants at the weekend. However, the undisclosed injury appears to be fairly serious, with Myers ruled out for four to six weeks. Panthers Coach Corey Neilson said: “This is a big blow. Matthew was a warrior to even take to the ice on Saturday and we’re going to miss him. He’s a key player for us.” Myers is in his *th season with the Nottingham side, and has represented Great Britain * times.
