Huge weekend for Bees and Wildcats

BRACKNELL, UK – The Bees take on playoff rivals Swindon on Sunday in a must-win game for both sides. The Bees are three points ahead of the Wildcats in the English Premier League standings and currently occupy the last remaining playoff spot. Bracknell skipper Terry Miles said: “I think Sunday’s game is more of a psychological must win. We can really put Swindon in a tough situation if we beat them well and pick up points the previous night in Basingstoke.” The Bees can be confident going into the game against Swindon having already beaten them three times this season and following Thursday’s brave performance against high-flying Guildford. Miles added: “We showed we are more than capable of playing against the likes of clubs like Guildford and I am very pleased with that.”

The Bees were helped by a sparkling performance from netminder Adam Marashi against the Flames. Marashi said: “Sunday is definitely a must-win game. We believe that we can win this. We have run top teams close lately and played a lot better defensively. If we carry this into Sunday we can take the points.” Before facing their playoff rivals, the Bees travel to local rivals Basingstoke tonight who currently sit in fifth spot in the league table.
