HERSHEY, PA – The Hershey Bears came back twice from one goal deficits to defeat the Albany River Rats 4-3 thanks to Kyle Wilson’s overtime goal 10:41 into the extra period. Wilson slammed home a rebound off of a point shot that came out to him in the slot and put the puck in the right corner to win the game, his third of the playoffs. Andrew Gordon had two goals and Keith Aucoin had one as Hershey outshot Albany 48-28 in the game. Bears goaltender Michal Neuvirth got the win in net while Justin Peters took the loss for the River Rats. Game two is Sunday evening in Hershey. The win was Hershey’s fifth win in a row in the playoffs and sixth in their last seven games including the regular season. They have a combined record of 65-17-0-3.
